Information we collect. TillTidy collects and processes SMS messages related to payment notifications (for example mobile money, bank alerts, card alerts) solely to extract payment details and show them in one dashboard. We do not read, collect, or store any other SMS messages, personal conversations, or non-financial notifications.
How we use the information. To automatically record and display incoming and outgoing payments; to send daily summary reports via WhatsApp (only if you opt in by registering); to provide customer support and improve our service.
Data storage and security. All data is transmitted securely using HTTPS. Payment records are stored on secure servers and are never shared with third parties. Raw SMS content is retained only temporarily for verification purposes and can be deleted upon request.
Your consent. By using TillTidy, you consent to the processing of payment-related SMS messages as described. You may withdraw consent at any time by uninstalling the app or contacting us.
